2. Appointment Booking

• Appointments are made by phone or in person at the clinic
• Appointment confirmation is made 24 hours before the visit
• If unable to attend, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance
• No-show without notice may result in a cancellation fee

3. Payments

• Payment for services is made in cash or by card
• Prices are current at the time of service
• For installment treatment, a separate agreement is concluded
• We issue invoices upon request

4. Medical Services

• All services are performed by licensed dentists
• A detailed examination and plan is made before starting treatment
• The patient has the right to a second opinion
• In case of complications, necessary help is provided without additional payment

5. Warranties

We provide warranty on services performed according to their type:

• Fillings - 2 years
• Crowns and bridges - 3 years
• Implants - 5 years
• Prosthetics - 2 years

6. Responsibility

• The clinic is responsible for the quality of services provided
• The patient must follow the doctor's recommendations
• Failure to follow recommendations voids the warranty
• The clinic is insured for professional liability

7. Confidentiality

All medical data and patient information is treated as strictly confidential and protected according to applicable legislation.

8. Complaints and Claims

• Complaints are submitted in writing or by email
• Response to complaints is given within 14 days
• If no agreement can be reached, the dispute is resolved in court

9. Changes

The clinic reserves the right to change these terms. The current version is published on our website.
